Candidates can live within 60 miles of these locations to be considered.

This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need. Will be in a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting.

Campaigns will vary and change from time to time.

These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former / active Freedom customers.

• The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems.
• Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50 calls daily
• Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Candidates with prior call center experience, sales experience, high volume / fast paced are preferred. Mortgage experience is not required but a plus.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
• Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection).
• Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
• Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
